What does a client see when they Google you?
Every public WorkOfficially profile is written to be found: a clean URL, Person structured data, and your verified badge and your reviews on one page. When someone searches your name, this is the page you want them to land on.

Your name on Google, monthly
Once a month, Pro members get a plain report: how often your page appeared when someone searched your name, and how many people opened it. The numbers come from Search Console data WorkOfficially holds for its own site, so there is nothing to connect, no Google login and no key on your side. They are "at least" numbers, because Google hides searches for rare phrases and a full name is often one of them.
Your own domain
Point a domain you own at your page. Add a TXT record to prove the domain is yours, then set a forward at your registrar. Your WorkOfficially address keeps working alongside it.
No "more talent like this"
On Pro, the module that suggests other freelancers is switched off on your page. A client who arrives on your name sees you, and only you.
IndexNow on every change
When you change your page we ping IndexNow, so the search engines that support it hear about the change straight away. Google does not use IndexNow; it follows our sitemap, which updates when your page does. We say so plainly because the difference matters.
Being found is a choice, not a default you cannot change.
Open
Indexed by search engines under your full name, with your employer's name shown. The page most people want when they are free to say where they work.
Discreet
Still indexed under your full name, but employer and client names are hidden. People find you without finding out who you work for or who you work with.
Hidden
Not indexed at all. The page is kept out of Google, invisible to viewers from the companies you name, and shows you as a first name and an initial. Own your name still works for the people you send the link to; it just does not advertise.
