About this work
For four years I was the senior developer and the mobile developer on this automation app. I began by fixing crashes in the native Android app: failures on Android 10+, on Huawei devices, and on low-RAM phones that killed its background work. I then converted the app to Flutter to add iOS, built its Firebase backend, and connected the client's Shopify store to Firebase using webhooks and the Shopify Admin API. The app relied on heavy background automation, so we distributed it privately: Android from the company's website, iOS through TestFlight.
